Pasta Zanmai is a Japanese restaurant under the SuperSushi group which serves Japanese + Western fusion food. Teriyaki chicken pizza (I think is around RM 20-22)This pizza is a lovely combination of Japanese and Western flavor. It is very different from pizzas from Pizza Hut or Dominos. The crust is crispy and thin, almost like biscuit. The pizza was topped with a hot spring egg, seaweeds and teriyaki chicken. Mayonnaise was used as dressing, making the pizza creamy. The tender chicken meats were marinated nicely with teriyaki sauce making them slight sweet in taste.
Hot Spring EggIt is best to break this hot spring egg when the pizza is hot and mix with the other pizza toppings to have a yummy pizza. It is really worth trying out this pizza.........thumbs up...........
