Tong Pak Fu (Closed)

This is the new opening outlet, and this is the very first time I went to here to actually have my dessert. Nice environment but unfortunately when I dining, renovation is under process which cause strong affection. I have ordered one of their popular snow ice which is black sesame snow ice. It is extremely nice, but just the topping seems not match and somehow it is bitter. The snow ice will melt in your mouth and the carries a heavy taste of the black sesame. I will rather give a good comment
