This restaurant is very famous for their very special sichuan stingray style. The stingray itself is very fresh. Normally when I eat stingray, I only eat it in grill fish stall. But here, they steam the fish and then it won't say very fishy smell at all. After they steam the fish, they will pour in the special type of chilli made sauce on to the sauce. Be warned that this sauce is really very spicy.
