Broccolli and carrot quiche

After some nice and satisfying lunch at Peter Hoe Beyond located inside Lee Rubber Building, I'm coming back again to have another of their tasty quiche! This time, I ordered the Broccoli and carrot quiche. The side dishes was the same as previously, which was some colorful vegetable which I love. The broccoli was filled with lots of shredded carrots, very creamy inside and crispy on the edge which is perfect!

The side dishes was the same as previously, which was some colorful vegetable which I love. The broccoli was filled with lots of shredded carrots, very creamy inside and crispy on the edge which is perfect!
