I was very fortunate to have won a contest organized by Openrice and thus got myself an invitation to dine in at Hanare for 2 Dried salmon. Very crunchy and I think it tasted very much like "bakkwa", but I couldn't bring myself to have a few more pieces as it was too salty to me. Snail! This was part of the Zenzai that was served to us along with homemade Goma Tofu (sesame tofu), egg tofu & Seasonal Baby Squid (April - June only). I never thought I would have the chance to eat a snail but I did!
