Stir Fried abalone mushroom with dry chilli and tea. This is similar to “kung pou” fried. The dish consisted onions and abalone mushrooms. The mushrooms were coated and deep fried first before mixing with “kung pou” sauce. The dried chilli gave a tint of spiciness to it. The sauce somewhat tasted sweet to me. I like the juiciness of the abalone mushroom though.
