Wong Kok Char Chan Teng 旺角茶餐厅 is at one utama and i usually dine in here early.service is fast, but when comes to pay bill need to wait longer time as too many people dine in during lunch time. seats are very comfortable and the set lunch is very valuable and i order the main dish and they give me free fruits. the fruits is not fresh and not sweet at all. disaapointing
