They emphasize on 4 points – low in salt (sodium), sugar and oil but high in fiber and nutrition in all their recipes. I have ordered Deep Fried Chicken Chop with Fried Rice. It comes with some vegetables and a bowl of soup. The chicken is tender and crispy and the brown rice taste good as well.
