The restaurant looks quite grand from the outside. It serves a variety of Cantonese and Sichuan dishes. I tried the Bamboo Cup Soup. Presentation of the soup is quite interesting. They actually cook the soup in bamboos. It consists of meat with dried scallops, minced pigeon meat, minced chicken, and water chestnut in superior soup. The texture of the combination ingredients tasted like hardened tofu. It’s ok but I found it to be too peppery.
