My aunty brought us to Delicious for lunch as her colleague recommended this restaurant to her.The environment of the restaurant was nice and the deco was interesting too. But the environment was a little bit too noisy for me as that time was a peak time.The service offered by the restaurant was not that good. The service offered by the restaurant was not that good. The service crew who served us had given a good service but the menu was not user friendly as we needed more time to interpret. Some of the younger service crews were rude as they chit chat among themselves quite loudly.
We had ordered three drinks – ice lemon tea, apple juice and frosty lemon tea. The drinks tasted just normal.
For the main course, we had ordered braised lamb shank, traditional tomato pasta with additional grill chicken and pesto chicken.
The tomato pasta tasted just normal and the sauce was a little too sour for me but just nice for my sister. The grill chicken was tender and well marinated but it was a little too dry.The sauce of pesto chicken was green and it was too creamy for us. Although the saltiness and sweetness of the sauce was just nice but the creamy mouth-feel made us greasy and cannot finished the dish. But I did love the potato served.
The braised lamb shank tasted nice but I felt disappointed as the dish tasted like Chinese cuisine more than Western cuisine. The lamb shank was fresh and tender. But I didn’t like the sauce they served as I was hoping so something more Western.
For me, the dishes of the restaurant served were nice but nothing impressed me much. But I will visit this restaurant again for their dessert as their dessert looks very attractive.
