As the name suggests, this is a fried dish with cheese. Initially I didn't know what the 'mac' in the name means but I soon found out when I take a bite. The dish is beautifully garnished. It is actually macaroni & cheese deep fried into cube shaped appetizers. One bit into it has the cheese & macaroni filling your mouth. The cheese is just the right amount, not oozing out when biting into it. However, I won't mind if it has so much cheese that it just 'explodes' in your mouth. Be careful though

The cheese is just the right amount, not oozing out when biting into it. However, I won't mind if it has so much cheese that it just 'explodes' in your mouth. Be careful though as this could be very filling so only order this if you have a few person to share this with.
