My mom recommended such a nice dish to me. I love the sweet and sour taste of this hotty dish. So yummy. It's sour because of the high content of vinegar. So, this is how it looks like. Before eating, the smell is really attractive. Recommended to eat while it's still hot and warm.P/s : The Uncle @chef is a smoker. He likes to smoke while cooking. I do not know if i should have jokingly inform him not to smoke while cooking. I am afraid someone will be offended. I wonder how many times the ashes

You can always call him to book the dish first. Thus, you need not wait longer. It costs RM5.00 per dish . I'm not sure if the price increases after CNY.
