The picture above is the salted pork udon from Kissaten. I loved the small yellow bits that they put on the noodles. It has a crispy texture to it and taste just like rice crispies but if you soak them in the soup for too long it will be soggy and double its size. The soup stock was flavourful and had a heavy aroma to it. I did not really like the pork as it was very fatty and I could not taste anything from it.
