By far, the best caramel ice cream I have tried is Loco Gelato's. It was sinful o good! This is a slight variation of it and perhaps Japanese influence? It was not sinfully sweet and slightly salty. I would say it was a nice touch and great invention. Creamy, yes it was! Dense, not so much but average. The one thing I would very much like to HIGHLIGHT about is the uniqueness of the cone used. Instead of the off-the-shelf ice cream biscuit cone, they use waffle cone which tasted so eggy and crumbly. NO, it was not soggy but modest crunchiness. I love the cone alot Apart from the ice cream, the waiter that served me was appearing to be impatient with my fussy request for testing every single flavor. Hello, even Baskin Robbin's staff did not give me such an impression okay!
