There are quite a number of bread and pastries offered at Levain. As I prefer bread, I had the Chicken Sausage Pizza. The bread is quite big and looked fluffy too. I had it reheated and boy, was I glad! It is so tender to the bite! It does not give that hard rock bite as many places have after being exposed for quite some time. There are quite a number of bread and pastries offered at Levain. As I prefer bread, I had the Chicken Sausage Pizza. The bread is quite big and looked fluffy too. I had it reheated and boy, was I glad! It is so tender to the bite! It does not give that hard rock bite as many places have after being exposed for quite some time. I liked its huge pieces of chicken sausages that topped the bread as well as the cheese on it! It has normal sausage, chicken salami and chicken ham which give the right saltiness and combination of texture - soft and chewy - to the bread. They’re flavourful and pair well with the cheese. For once, I fell in love with just a simple chicken sausage pizza. And it only happens at Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie.
