That day, we weren't in the mood for such a heavy late lunch, but we were very happy to give their French Toast with Bacon & Maple Syrup (RM 18) a go! The first time I heard of this, I couldn't believe my eyes (or ears). I've never associated bacon and french toast together, and the thought of it was just strange to me.  The French toast was lightly dusted with icing sugar and was quite fluffy. The bacon could have been crispier, but was salty enough to give an interesting balance of flavours to the sharp sweetness of the maple syrup. Not recommended if you're not so adventurous with your food.
This also unfortunately came out a little less hotter than we would have liked though, not piping hot.
