Mama Kitchen is a restaurant located inside Sooka Food Court in Brickfields. This is a restaurant servings a wide variety of chinese cuisines. Baby KailanStir fried baby kailan along with some chinese wine (Siew Heng Zao) and also Yu Lou. Garlics and onions slices are also included inside. The bay kailan was not soft but they were crunchy. I had always prefered kailan taste in soft texture but this dish was really delicious too. As the sauce was really thick sticking on the surface of the kailan
