Crispy Pork knuckle
The pork knuckle was deeply fried, it was very very crunchy and crispy skin. The pork meat inner side so so so soft, smooth, tender and juicy. The fatty layer below the skin is not oily at all. It was so aromatic. The crackers serve along was crispy too. The pork knuckle can be dipped along with the two sauces provided. I preferred original taste somehow.
