This cake is one of the newest cake selection sold by Starbucks for its summer promotion. The cheese is infused with coconut flavorings thus giving it a gelatin like texture. The coconut shavings were a little too dry but not crunchy like I thought it would be. The cake gave my throat a dry and parch sensation which I did not enjoyed. The darker layers of the cake is the espresso based cake which had a sponge cake texture.
