The dish comes with raw beansprouts which you can used to add into the broth of the noodles. Apart from the raw beansprouts, it also has some basil leaves and chopped chilli which I did not add. I did however, did add some lime juice into the broth.

When it arrived, the Pho was boiling hot, and therefore it would be wise to put the beansprouts into the broth while it was still hot to cook it a little. This bowl of pho was delicious, as I really enjoyed the beef flank and beef balls. The beansprouts were so delicious, I ordered additional servings of the beansprouts (They were free, by the way).

A great meal, which left me satisfied!
