First thing that gave a good impression was the presentation method- served in square dish along with rice and soup. The char siew has a nice succulent texture, with the sweet sauce smothered on it. It did not taste too sweet while having a nice salty taste. It is served with sesame oil, black sweet sauce and ground chilli sauce which I liked a lot and went well with the fragrant chicken rice. I have to give credit to the soup. Do not be fooled by its pale look as it is rich in pure chicken taste
