From what I was told, this place serves one of the best xiao long bao in town and I got the chance to try it myself sometime ago. Each serving has 5 xiao long bao and it is served piping hot. The texture of the skin is smooth yet strong enough to handle the pressure when held between a pair of chopsticks. It also retains the moisture and soup of the meat inside the dumpling. The soup in the dumpling is piping hot but not too scalding, just the way i like it.
