The sirloin steak sandwich is basically two slices of buttered bread toasted till it is golden brownish and stuffed with lots of caramelized fried onions and pieces of sirloin steak. The sandwich is very big in size and I only managed to finish one half of it before giving up. I find the sirloin steak rather dry and tough but on the bright side, the fried onions are flavorful and the chef is rather generous in stuffing the fried onions.
