This food item is included in their tea time set. I recently went for their karaoke session from 1-7pm, so a meal and a drink was included. I am glad that I have made a right choice from a few dishes that I wanted to try. I am glad that I have made a right choice from a few dishes that I wanted to try. Whole chicken thigh meat that has been deboned came in a big piece, with large amount of rice doused with sweet saltish soya sauce, some blanched vegetables and an egg. The rice is fluffy and not too dry not too wet thanks to the sauce. The sauce is very aromatic, certainly added better flavour to the plain steamed rice. The chicken was nicely cooked till tender and juicy, would be better if the skin is further seared to give better texture and flavour. The vegetables were blanched till the right doneness, retaining its colour and very crispy texture. Highly recommended dish, must try.
