Penang is famous for its delicacy called oh chien aka oyster omellete. I can't afford to miss this, particularly due to the very inviting aroma as I was sitting at the table just in front of it. The oysters here tasted really fresh and sweet, something I can't get here in KL. But the size was rather small and little overcooked. The batter with egg was nicely fried with wok hei and well seasoned. I can't stop dipping it into the special sesame chilli sauce. Quite addictive stuf I would say.
