This is a popular snack, Hong Kong style that needs no further introduction as it is very popular here in KL. It is essentially bread coated with egg mixture and deep fried till crispy golden brown instead of pan frying it ala French Toast style. It is then drizzled with honey and topped with butter. The doneness was perfect, along with the luscious honey. Despite the high calories, it is okay to indulge once a while.
