一说潮州菜就想到潮州粥,而且是番薯粥噢。粥带甜而且不会很稀,我还点了猪耳朵。我最爱猪耳朵那么有较劲,咬起来脆脆的而且不会重猪味,焖得很入味。加上个酸辣”菜脚“,它的辛辣浓郁和香郁的鸭味,我想因该是鸭骨鸭头鸭尾慢慢调味而成的,很适合配粥吃。
