As we couldn't decide what to order in The Han Room, we ordered a set course per person. The concept was pretty good as each person was served with small serving. Crispy Cod Fish Roll with Chicken Floss. Crispy toped with mayo sauce and chicken floss taste superb for a starter. Double-Boiled Coral Shark’s Fin in Shark’s Bone Soup. Thick and tasty. Deep-Fried Spare Rib with Red Wine Sauce. Tender meat with red win sauce a combination of sweet and sour. Braised Whole Abalone with Gluten in FoilBra
