This stall here sells fried lou shu fun, which is not commonly found because lou shu fun is quite a delicate noodle. The big, fat, short noodle is transparent and easily break off if over fried. I like the delicious noodle as it is aromatic and tasty. There were some pork lards, fish cakes, beansprouts, eggs, and garlic fried together with the lou shu fun. There is a separate serving of spicy sambal too.
