At South Sea, there was abundance of fresh seafood to choose from. You can just walk to the aquarium section and start choosing the seafood you like. We ordered half a dozen of oysters. The oysters were really big and fresh. Some raw fish roe were added on the oyster. The oysters were meaty and tasted slightly saltish. The saltishness is derived from the sea water flavor. Accompanied the oysters were some fresh lemon. The oysters were lied on a bed of cold shaved ice to keep its freshness.
