At Japanese restaurant, my other favorite cooked food will be the unagi. The unagi is the eel is sweet teriyaki sauce. The eels were laid nicely on top of the Japanese rice. The sweet teriyaki sauce goes perfectly with the fat, round Japanese rice. The eel is also a “fatty” fish, which is how I think of it.
