I was looking forward to a bowl of cold dessert and stumble upon this from the menu. I was pretty impressed when the dessert was served. The dessert is comprised of red bean tong sui, ice cream and cereals. The red bean tong sui was warm and i love the sandy feel red bean. Sitting on top of the tong sui is the vanilla flavor ice cream. Too bad it was vanilla, i actually wanted chocolate flavor but not availbale. The cereals were there to add in crunchiness to this dessert. Overall, a nice desser
