Well, this fish is an expensive fish. I don't really recommend eating this fish deep fried. I think if you want to savor the best taste of seafood like fish, steam will be a better way of cooking rather than deep frying. Once the fish is deep fried, i can't taste the original sweetness or taste of the fish, not to mention i can't tell tell the texture. The fish is deep fried and wrapped with lettuce and with some salad. The sauce is a buttery sauce.
