the soft shell crab temaki is indeed a must order when you head to sakae sushi. firstly, the freshness of the crab is so good. the meat is so sweet and juicy. they coat the soft shell crab with tempura batter. the batter gave it this nice buttery fragrance. wrapped with the crisp seaweed, it gives it a contrast in the texture. the japanese rice is so soft and chewy, a pretty filling dish!
