The bitter gourd soup noodle is quite nice. The pipping hot soup is very tasty, non oily, and there is a sweetness in the soup. The noodle is similar to a thick mee hoon. The texture of thick mee hon is slightly thicker than normal mee hon. The bitter gourd does not taste bitter at all. There were bitter gourd, baby octopus, pork slices, tomatoes, ginger and shrimps in the noodle.
