Wifey is a big fan of the Sanshoku Hana Salmon. Three little delectable morsels of juiciness. A piece of fresh salmon is wrapped around a bite sized rice ball, topped with a generous amount of roe. The orange roe is basically shrimp roe, the light green one is wasabi flavoured flying-fish roe and the last is black caviar. The little roe just pops in the mouth when we chew, creating a very crunchy, brakish mouth sensation. Priced at RM9.80 for a set, it was definitely well worth the amount paid.
