One of their signature dish i would like to recommend here is the - “ ma bo tofu” , a traditional chinese cuisine from Sze Chuan province. It is a combination of soft tofu cooked with minced pork in sweet and sour sauce and red chilli . Normally the Traditional mapo tofu dish should be very slightly oily with piquancy of Hot chilli. But here, the chef cooked it in more to sweet and sour taste with thick sauce. Perfect to have it with rice and the taste is appetizing and unique.
