Word of advice when eating at this restaurant, be prepared to wait very long for your meal. Me and my group of six had to wait more than an hour after ordering before we were served dinner. The dish above is pork chops cooked in sweet and savory sauce. The pork chops had very little fat in it and the meat was tender. The chef allows the flavor of the sauce to penetrate deep into the flesh.
