The honey ebi sakura in Sakae Sushi looks pretty interesting when it passed us by on the conveyor belt, hence the next plate of it was plucked out and sampled. The seaweed wrapped around the sushi rice was crunchy and fresh, indicating that it had just been made. The filling, honey ebi sakura, is essentially tiny little prawns with its shell still intact.
