I like the Sakae Chawanmushi in One Utama, as the quality of their steamed egg is quite consistent. Every time I order this dish, the egg will come perfectly steamed, fluffy and wobbly. A few slivers of mock sharks fin adorn the top, together with some yummy Japanese mushroom. There were some hidden gems within the steamed egg. I found a gingko nut, some chickem meat and a piece of crabstick in it. Most recommended as a starter to the meal.
