Tempura :Crispy and crunchy. They use some shrimp and vegetables to fried it. It is normal that you can see it from other japanese stall. Unfortunately, it is quite oily for me.Rice :Sadly speaking, it is not fluffy enough. The put some black sesame seeds on the rice as their decoration. Overall average.Unagi :Soft and sweet for the unagi. The taste is almost same as some restaurant. The unagi is soft. The put some fried egg under the unagi too. The fried egg is sweet too. Overall is quite sweet

Vegetable :
They use eggplant as their side dishes vegetables.
