Upon seeing the big crowd surround the western food stall, I decided to take a look at what they have to offer. The wax salmon pasta looks amazingly appetizing so I ordered it. I wasn't expecting much when I carry the dish over to my table. But to my amazement, it has exceed all my expectations. For the price that I paid (RM15.90), I get a decent pasta with strong herb aroma and topped with creamy and slightly spicy sauce. The salmon was not over-cooked so it's not dry. In fact the small bits of skin is the cream of the crop. The fish is quite thin though, which is a miss but given the price, I'm really not complaining! The vege was also freshly boiled and it completes the meal.
