Yet another good use of overnight rice that manage to catch the attention for its outstanding and simple menu. The fried rice is a stir fried with scramble egg along with salt and sauce for seasoning. It taste almost like the Shrimp Pork Fried Rice minus the sweetness form shrimp, and the deep fried pork chop was simply amazing. The meat was slightly dry but because it wasn't a thick pork chop, it was okay to me. Overall this dish might make you thirsty, fret not cause you can go along with its
