Hong Kong style dim sum is great for breakfast. Dim sum comes with a variety of selections. This dim sum is called seaweed siu mai (ji choi siumai). Instead of using wanton skin wrapper to fill the filling, this uses seaweed. The flavour of the seaweed matches very well with the siumai fillings.This siumai contains hand-chopped pork mince, crunchy and fresh prawns and shitake mushroom. The price of the siumai is reasonable.
