Wanton mee is one of my favourite dish for breakfast. This wanton mee comes with deep-fried crispy pork and wanton. The deep-fried crispy pork is my favourite. It has been marinated with nam yu (fermented tofu) which gives it a distinct flavour. The wanton filling (pork mince, shitake mushroom, water chesnut, carrot, spring onions) is great. The noodles is cooked just right - not too firm or too soft.
