Pork would be one of the main ingredient besides seafood that Kim Gary would usually serves. The Pork Chop Rice consist of a bowl full of white and fragrant rice, with fully fried egg, mix vegetable and deep fried crispy yet juicy pork chop that is being shower with a thick layer of very strong black pepper gravy. Everything on the plate was good and did not contrast with one another. Indeed a good and flavourful dish for a filling tummy before you felt sleepy
