This Claypot Kum Heong Chicken was flavourful , the sauce was so fragrant, mixture of black sauce and oyster sauce with in house secret ingredient. The chicken meat was cooked until tender and fully absorbed the sauce. It 100% hot with 'Pot hei' when it served. This was dried stir fried method in the claypot so was not enough sauce to me, The portion for small just enogh for 2 people. Overall taste great, try this out, you will get no regret for ordering this dish.
