Ever since my trip to Bangkok, I've been in love with Thai tea. This reminded me so much of them and it tasted exactly like the ones I had there. Love it! !!!!! Can't stop nomming this salad once it was served! My favourite thai mango salad was the one in Johny's Steamboat but I think this is currently my No. 1 now! It would be heaven if they sprinkle more peanuts. Don't let the colour of the soup fool you like it did to me. I used to judge the spiciness by the red-ish colour but never again. The soup was super spicy and sour! So much flavor and it was very appetizing. A great way to start before the main dish. One of my favourite food. It doesn't leave much of an impression on me. But never the less, it was pretty darn good. A little sweet, sour and nutty flavor. Salivating while looking at this dish. It was just okay for me but definitely go great with the Tom Yam soup!
