Fried Mayo Mushroom Kechara Oasis is a Chinese restaurant and served vegetarian food. The environment is very nice and grand. This dish is fried mushroom with mayonnaise. The mushroom is very crispy and crunchy. The mayonnaise is not the taste that we can buy in supermarket, this is home made mayonnaise by Kechara Oasis, it taste a bit different and not that sweet compare with the normal white colour mayonnaise.
