Roma RiceA brief introduction incase you don't know what roma rice is, it is actually a different category of rice (example like Japanese rice / Briyani Rice and etc). I actually love the fragrant of the rice because of its aromatic smell but also because the rice isn't sticky or dry. The dish is pretty simply, slightly fried with chef's speciality sauce together with mushroom, broccoli, and some small portion of vegetarian prawn which I don't mind of because it tasted quite plain. The taste of the rice however is so good that I can eat it without the other vegetable.
